My name is Francesco and I am a passionate Osteopath with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Combining both my knowledge in my Osteopathy and Sport and Exercise Science degrees, I am able to provide the best care for my patients. I am an evidence-informed practitioner and I use a range of treatment modalities such as manual techniques, rehabilitation programs and am able to provide my patients with a management plan.
My key strengths lie in structural, visceral, cranial and fascial osteopathic approaches and personalised management advice, in order to enable patients to support their own healing process.
My clinical experience has allowed me to work with a diverse patient population including a variety individuals suffering from chronic pain and with complex issues.
My fundamental aim as a practitioner is to help patients achieve their health goals, this may be to become pain free, prevent future injuries or to simply achieve a higher level of health and fitness, by using a combination of Osteopathy and functional exercise.
As a former professional football player, I understand the joy and demand that exercise can put on an individual’s body and I also specialise in treating various sports related injuries. The approach I take is to consider all aspects of an individual’s lifestyle which in turn maybe having an impact on the individual’s health and well-being.
I have a holistic approach and I consistently aim to restore balance to the whole body and reduce patient’s pain and improving functionality. As an Osteopath I strongly believe, that it is important to educate people about how their body works and what tweaks can be made in order to prevent recurring injuries and to optimise a client’s health and their recovery.
I am also a qualified level 4 personal trainer; my focus is built around making small changes in your lifestyle that will have a positive impact on your overall health. Small improvements accumulated will create remarkable results in both nutrition and training. From improving sleep quality, moving more throughout the day to cultivating better relationships with food, and making better food choices. Several small positive changes that will improve your health can have a huge impact on how you look, feel, and function.
